Very bad service. Use to be good, but has gotten really bad, drivers are very rude too.

Last Friday I had a cab booked for 7pm to go to Hammersmith.
At 6.55 we were waiting outside for ten minutes and no cab appeared. I called in and was told the cab was on it's way. 7.15, I called again and was told he was 2 minutes away. 7.20 I called again and was told he was in Ladbroke Grove. 7.30 I was told he was in Du cane Rd.
7,35, I was told he wasn't coming. Appalling service. It's bad enough knowing the cab was never going to turn up, but consistently lying to a custome is beyond the pale. I've uesd Z many times in the past and all was well, but never again. We were left stranded and missed 25 minutes of a show at the Apollo. I'm posting this on The Kensal Triangle to notify as many people as possibe. This could have been an urgent appointment at a hospital. Your organisation treats it's customers like dirt and as for that guy who consistently lied, I'd fire him on the spot if he worked for me.
