The restaurant changed so much wow! As I passed I noticed the change because I was there 2 years ago so I went there.

We had pizzas and pasta the food was so fresh and delicious the service was good, the manager herself was so pleasent and helpful when we wanted extra bread.

We had Boston brownie as dessert to share is so naughty but nice.

Going back this weekend for more.

Very cheap place to eat. Nice open airy feel to the place. Right near Hyde Park. Pizza and salad in abundance and all you can eat. Took the kids and we all had a lovely time. Good value for money and staff were friendly with the kids.

Had another very pleasant lunch before a concert at the Hyde park .
Tasty bruschetta to start, and excellent Chicken Supreme pizza to follow. Nice house wine too.

We spent a Sunday lunch catching up with friends at Pizza factory. It's in a great location close to Hyde park (Qeensway station) . Pizzas were authentic and tasty and the wine is a fair price and well matched.
orientated - good and noisy - and the service was very friendly. Will return.

Absolutely horrible, never have I ever eaten at such a bad "Buffet" before. First of all they lure their customers in by stating a wrong price of 5.45 pounds. This does NOT include service charge, salad or any drinks. You are left with three types of pizza which by the way are the most pathetic pizzas I have ever seen. The pepperoni pizzas were especially unique; each slice only had one tiny piece of pepperoni. The meat pasta had no meat. The vegetarian pizzas were just sad, as they only had one piece of corn(!!!) and one pepper on each slice.
The sevice was equally terrible. It took the waitress around half an hour to get the bill to us, while my friend was already suffering the consequences from the bad food in the form of stomach aches and the release of gases.
To conclude, I would rather eat instant noodles around the corner in the chinese supermarket than step in "The Pizza Factory" again.

This has been the most awful experience we ever had. The service was terrible; the girl looked like she hates her job, never smiled even once, no hi, no thank you, no nothing at all, but she made an effort to come to the table exactly 10 minutes after we sat to ask us if we have finished, when we said no (obviously nobody can eat in 10 minutes) she still replied back "not yet?" what type of employer takes people with such an absence of people skills???????
If only the service were bad, it still could get away with it, but the so called buffet (which was 3 different type of dry pizzas) was the worst I have ever seen in my life; dry tasteless pizza with an awful £1 frozen base probably bought at Asda, which the vegetarian option consist of having ONE piece of corn on it!!!!! (such a lucky person I felt when I took that slice).
The final slap on my face was when we when to pay and the bill out of magic came from what the advertised as £5.45 per buffet to we don't know how but 2 buffets and 2 small still waters became £19.25, automatically charged £1.75 for the wonderful service that I haven't asked to be charge for (neither I experienced any service). £20 for dry pizza!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They made our day!!!
NEVER EVER I WOULD GO THERE.
Have your say
