Appalling service. I have been a customer of Mail Box Etc for five years at another location, a great feature was the use of a monthly payment system rather than making many small payments during the month. I then moved office and asked to have a similar service at this Mail Box Ect and was refused because I cannot promise to spend £50 per month on my monthly invoice. This is depsite the fact I make several large payments during the year totaling on average £5,000 per year. The staff of this shop are utterly incompetant and have literally thrown away my business over such a trival matter!
