Decent quality service.
Recently took in my Nokia N900 which had a faulty speaker on the ear piece.
This was changed through warranty within an hour.
I did have a 'squeak' on the sliding mechanism which I hoped they would fix but on receiving my phone I had the same squeak. I asked if it was pocket lint stuck in mechanism? They were not sure so its difficult for me to tell without the tools which is why I hoped they would look into it.
Knowledgable staff there guiding a new trainee too by the look of things.
Store needs a bit more to it to make it a more compelling visit, empty cabinets and half stocked shelves gave the place a half baked look.
Not bad for a local Nokia care centre in Ealing and all you want is your phone fixed which they do.

I have taken my phone in for a repair in early March this year and couple of times was told to come in and collect the phone only to find out the job was not done. Now it's middle of April and the engineer was still not sure when the part will come to finish the job. All in all, next time will visit a repair centre in Central London instead as getting things done it's a totally different story at this place!

I ordered some Blackberry phones from Fonetek in Ealing and was initially not happy with the service but after my anger subsided got am excellent service beyond my expectations and i can gladly recommend this shop to anyone regarding mobile phone purchase and repairs.
