The receptionist is very rude and threatened me that if I didn't go to the consultation I would never set foot in her clinic again. I have been going to that dentist for many years and she is always rude to all of her clients.

I couldn't cancel the appointment because I was in the hospital for three days. The receptionist spoke to me rudely saying that she wasn't even going to give me an appointment until after many months without letting me explain. How is it possible that she is not empathetic and continues working in this place?

I have known of this practice for some years 20 or more and had a couple of treatments over that time. The owner of the practice is a great dentist but unfortunately the main receptionist totally lets down the practice. I find it hard to believe she still is allowed to represent the practice. It’s clear that her behaviour has been reported on, on quite a regular basis. I can assure you her behaviour is deeply hurtful, punitive and cannot in any way be justified. I personally wouldn’t go anywhere near the practice and am very disappointed that the owner/ dentist allows his patients to be subjected to such awful behaviour.

WORST DENTAL SURGERY IN LONDON.I have been going to this dental surgery for over 10 years and I do not know why I have only just decided to change surgeries. I had become accustom to the horrible waiting times however the attitude and unprofessionalism of the 'manager', also known as the owners wife who works the reception is what tipped me over the edge. I had previously got a filling put in at this surgery which was poorly done and caused a massive infection which required an extraction. The only appointments they had was for a weeks’ time but as the days went on the pain increased and could not be soothed by the strongest pain killers therefore I had to get an emergency extraction elsewhere. When calling to reschedule my appointment, as I did not need it as urgently, I was told by this woman ‘I was wasting their time’ and I had ‘used up all my appointments for the year’ despite this being my first appointment in almost 2 years. In addition I was told ‘to not ever come back’, all because I wanted to reschedule my appointment. I have never in my life been spoken to like this by anyone in a professional environment let alone under the NHS. Until the surgery is run by a person with basic manners, I’d strongly not recommend this place.
