Five Star Car Hire

I have used this company many times and I find the service to be excellent, the drivers are always on time and very helpful and their prices are very reasonable. My mother had visited me in March and she had used their services and she was very happy as they always made sure that she was fine when they pick her up and when they drop her.
I had recommended this company to a few friends of mine and they all share my opinion.

Controller could'nt speak very good English. Driver could'nt speak any English, turned up 25 minutes late, got completely lost and wanted to charge me more for extra mileage. To cap it all off, when i telephoned the office and asked to speak to the manager, i was told he was away for 3 months and if i Wasn't happy then to phone another cab office!! Priceless.
