Canary Wharf Cars

I had to be somewhere at a particular time so ordered a car from this cab company. They were really late and when they did arrive they were incredibly rude.

Pre-paid airport collection, taxi not there, called a liar by operator, took their money and ran. Had no option but to use a black cab. Don't use !

I pre ordered a taxi to take me to the airport which takes at least an hour. After 5 minutes of waiting and no show I called Canary Wharf Cars and was informed that my booking was cancelled. I asked why I was not informed so I could make other arrangements and they didn't give me a reason. I then called the company which I made the booking through, who informed me it wasn't cancelled and should be there in 2mins but called Canary Wharf Cars who told them another story. Lie after lie and a massive let down as I was very close to missing my flight! I would not recommend them to anyone
