Neal's Yard Remedies

I love Neal's Yard Remedies products!

I went into the branch at St. Pancras International Station to stock up on some new skin care, when i entered there were boxes scattered in the corner, I was then greeted half heartedly. I didn't want to stay in the store any longer than I had to, I didn't feel welcome at all.

I started to look at the skin care range that i was interested in, one of the sales assistant was sat on the floor behind me unpacking items from boxes, while another was behind the till.

They both ignored me while i picked up products to look at the ingredients and benefits, so i asked the girl behind me sat on the floor the difference between two face creams. I got a two sentence answer, then she sat back on the floor, she did not offer any further assistance, or advice, any products it would work well with.

So i figured it out for myself, i had a hand full of products that a struggled to carry, and still none of them offered any assistance.

Regardless i left spending over £100, But only because the products are amazing, its a shame about the staff.

I will not return to this store, shopping should be enjoyable, the staff here couldn't care less about their jobs.
