Not authentic Japanese food at all, the ramen noodles was very blend, noodles were kinda raw. Staff members were indifferent and standoffish, I was wondering why bother open a restaurant if we got ignored when we walked in? No smile on the face and no thank you or see you when We paid and left, what they had instead were just dead pan face. The prices were not high, but food quality wise, I personally still don't think it's worth paying that prices. Next time, I'd rather eat either cheaper tastier street food or pay higher price for better quality at a different restaurant.

Service was over an hour late, and food arrived warm not hot as expected. Unfortunately the dim sum platter consisted of two dim sums which for meant to be for 6!
The sweet chilli seafood was ok once I zapped it in the microwave.

This is the 5th time we've ordered from them. Unfortunately this time we will not be ordering again.
We ordered 3 wonton soups at aprox 22:00 as a treat for our children and we collected them. When we got home we found that The middle one had melted through to the bottom one which made the soup fall into the bag.
We called the store at aprox 22:45 who offered to deliver an extra portion. The next day I had to call them to enquire about this. They claimed to have not been able to reach me but 1471 claimed our last call was at 2pm the previous day.
All in all, terrible service last nig

Yes the staff are friendly BUT a little too friendly. The service was extremely poor and one particular member of staff was talking to us as though we were mates, i.e.. I ordered ice cream at the till and she began telling me that she really did not feel like going to the freezer and repeated this over and over, which I felt to be very rude and extremely unprofessional. We went for the sit down buffet and bits of our food did not turn up so we had to keep asking where the rest was. Food was nice but service needs to improve. Will not be eating here again as I am big on customer service

I fancied some noodles and was about to hit Kingsland Road, then I thought I'd give a local restaurant Kaimito a try. Food was OK, not great. Best value for money were the ribs, I've had a lot worse! Worst value for money was the squid, I've had a lot better(felt a bit ripped off),lots of batter, not a lot of squid! I was expecting a lot more quality as the prices are on par with a Kingsland Road restaurant. I'm always happy to pay a premium if I'm getting quality food, regardless of location. I can't say Kaimito ticked that box. On a plus note, the waitresses were very friendly and effi

Clean, warm and the service is good - you order at the countr, pay, and the waiters bring your food without bothering you, but kep an eye out if you need something. I meet my whole family, because its just opposite Edmonton Green station, and we love the food. They get really busy evenings and go offline sometimes, but when I've had delivery its been lovely. Food is fresh and they have an open kitchen. Throuroughly enjoyable experience.

This is the second time I have ordered from here. The food is just ok, not authentic, but tasty. The first time we ordered it took over an hour to deliver, but it was a £60 platter, and for that platter, I did feel like we gotgood value. The second time we ordered it took 2 hours! I have never waited this long to eat. I won't be ordering again.

I can't rave about this restaurant. Prompt food, every bit as delicious as the next. I'm actually thinking of ordering food from there now. I think this is the best restaurant in Edmonton Green.

We have eaten food from kaimito several times and thoroughly enjoyed every mouthfull from sushi to pancake rolls. In fact we have just ordered another meal..We particularly love the sushi which is excellent, and my husband particularly likes the japaneses fishcakes..

Really huge portions, really fresh , free local delivery, superb taste. Great value for money. I would say probably the best cleanest chinese/japanese restaurant in Edmonton.

Overall, the restaurant is clean and spacious has a wide variety of Japanese food to choose from.
The servings are HUGE! you should definitely come here with an empty stomach. The only downside with this resto is that they don't seem to pay much attention to customers. They just serve the dish and that's it!
I believe there are better tasting Japanese restaurants, but this one is just alright.

Kaimito serves good quality food and Sushi at a reasonable cost. I believe that all food is prepared on the premises and whilst you wait.
My favourite dishes: Hot Garlic Chilli Prawns and Singapore Vermicelli Noodles, along with Sushi such as Nagiri, Sashimi.
The staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean.
There are plenty of photos around so you can see and understand what dishes are which is great for a novice!
They also do an Eat As much as you like deal.
Car parking is plentyful around the Shopping Centre although most is Pay and Display or Pay on Exit.
