Very rude and aggressive staff outside the store in Queensbury on 18/06/20. This was probably the security person rather than the store’s own staff . Phoned and complained after getting completely unwarranted rude treatment by [NAME REMOVED] ?

Another chain that used to be good enough for hardwares but standards are slipping, electric tool quality not as good as it used to be but OK for short term use I guess they just want to keep the cycle going for buying and selling,, wood supplies are good though
