Many thanks to #ECT in NW6 7EP who fixed my Nokia phone after an Android update had corrupted it.

What a lovely and honest man. I walked in with my faulty phone. He looked at it and with a gentle smile assured me that, yes, he could repair it. Forty minutes later I returned and it was perfect again. His repair charge was very reasonable and he also said he would not sell me a new battery as it did not need it.

I used this centre for the first time, and travelled from Croydon to Kilburn due to his previous reviews. He not only replaced the battery in nokia lumia 925, but loaned me a handset for hour I was going to be without my phone so I could go off and do something else without missing a call. Definitely above and beyond service. If I have any problems with my Nokia in future, I know where I will be going thevservice is awesome.

Very helpfull and only uses genuine parts. You really don't need to phone up. I actually did phone up as i have a Nokia 6300 which my girlfriend wrecked the part that charges. I got there first thing and the guy replaced the part while i waited. First class service and if he's busy, he will do it as soon as possible. Depending on the part (obviously) he doesn't charge that much whereas other places will try and rip you off. It's better to phone up first just to make sure he has the part but don't be put off if he can't answer as if you're in the middle of something you can't answer the

I thought my phone had completely died but as i was still under warranty Three sent me to this Samsung repair shop, hidden down a side street in Kilburn. The chap took my phone out the back and even though I'd spent 3 days trying to charge it every which way with no luck, he came back to me to say it's completely flat but he'd charge it up for me for 15 mins if I'd like?! He did this free of charge with a smile and would most definitely recommend to others. While I waited, I noticed he was pretty busy, was very professional and did an excellent job! ;-)

This is to GN Ward who rated 1 out of 10. If you had taken time to go to the shop you would understand why. This man bends over backward to help and the store is constantly full with customers. He is only human with one pair of hands. Go into the shop and then rate the service again. You will be absolutely please by his service and expertise. I am sure your rate will be 10/10.

Absolutely amazing service and expertise. If no one else can help you this guy will endeavour to find the solution to your problem and has so far been successful to help me with my queries. I travel across London to get to this guy though there are many local places I could visit and that's because I'm certain that I'll get the very best advice/help possible. Highly recommended.

Tried to call them and they didn't answer the phone the first time and picked it up, waited a few seconds and then put it down again the second two times. Absolutely no doubt it was deliberate, not a failed attempt to transfer the call.
