Truly delectable food. Well priced and truly generous portions.
The staff are all friendly and accommodating and the chef is a real charmer when it comes to the ladies.

We ordered pizza - seems that made sense - though many other dishes were available.
The pizza was superb - really as it should be with superb chewy dough, a thin base and good quality mozzarella, and (in my case) plenty of pepperoni.
We later spoke to the proprietor who told us he imports all the ingredients directly himself from Italy and proudly gave us each a slice of his buffalo mozarella to try - fresh and uncooked. It had a good discreet flavour - not bland as is often the case!
I would recommend La Piccola Pizzeria if you want good simple Italian food of good quality in basic but pleasant surroundings and at reasonable prices.
