Mixed feelings on this. Really quick and efficient service BUT expensive and a bit rude. Having bought a tyre and asked for my headset to be tightened I wasn't expecting a £17 labour charge. I know it costs a bit to have the right tools for the job but having left mine out of London and being pushed for time I didn't expect to be charged that much for 15 minutes work max. When I questioned the charge I was told it was 'a bit rich to know how long it takes but not how to do it'. Which isn't the way I would treat customers if I wanted them to come back, maybe be clearer about costs upfront
