I've been after a MacBook Air for sometime and after seeing their eBay page, I decided to pop by and see the item first hand before committing myself to purchase anything.
The staff were wonderful and very helpful, and were brutally honest when it came to talking me through the benefits and drawbacks of buying each laptop. They also allowed me to use the laptop hands-on before making a decision.
The crucial selling point for me has to be the three months guarantee yet offer on all their products, so any purchase from there will give you the perfect peace f mind you're eager for.

Walked into this shop to buy a video cable last week, turned out to be the wrong type so I tried to return it 3 days later. They flatly refused citing that the package had been opened even though it was in a resealable bag. After arguing with them over this point they said the discussion was over and walked away from me. I had to stand my ground until they let me exchange the cable for something else. Lets just say this shop isn't interested in after sales service after they have your cash. Be warned. Just goto maplin around the corner !
