The company should improve the access to customer service, they should reconsider the use of premium number lines especially as staff are unable to call the customer. Goods that have been paid for should be delivered.

I bought a laptop during the summer and it was so refreshing to find a salesman that knew what he was talking about. He sold me the exact laptop I needed for the job the laptop was refurbished but when I got it home it was like brand new. The product did exactly what the salesman said it would and it was only £229..... Wow !!!!! Thank you to all :)

I brought a large item in this store last week. The sale of the item took less than five minutes. The receipt said non pristine, because it was very dusty and once I got it home and gave it a good clean it turned out to be more than pristine! I've never been happier buying an electrical item like this before! More so, because the item was less that half the original price and am going back for their auctions next week.
