This two year pop-up from Simon Rogan comes to an end in July 2013, after earning further critical acclaim for the two Michelin-starred chef of L’Enclume in Cumbria.
Roganic offers diners an introduction to L’Enclume. A fan of vegetables and foraged foods, Rogan uses them to great effect in inventive dishes like hay-baked celeriac, and purple potato and buttemilk. Make no mistake, the simplicity of the dishes’ descriptions is deceiving, as there is a lot happening on each plate. Six and ten course menus are on offer here, as well as three course menus for £29.
