Overrated and overpriced. The staff were not welcoming at all and the food was average. I won't be spending money there again.

Worst service I have ever seen in a restaurant in my whole life and I have traveled loads! The waiters are unwelcoming and look like they hate serving you. The elderly woman who owns/manages the place was especially rude to us. They refused to serve us some of the drinks we ordered and mixed up our food order - shambolic! This place needs to seriously reconsider how it is managed. One of the worst experiences ever I highly recommend you avoid this "restaurant".

Ok so started off good. Food is good. BUT managed very poorly. The ridiculous thing about this place is the minimum TIME spent smoking shisha...absolutely absurd. We got kicked out and we were a massive party!!! Terrible Persian manners, unheard of! Embarrassing. They should be ashamed. The owner has a VIP table that seats 8 'friends' who seem to sit there all day, with no table turnover rule applied. They need to fix up or won't b in business for much longer.

The waiters don't have manners and they have a minimum charge per head!! Absolutely ridiculous method! It's not a club for gods sake. It's a restaurant.

I had heard so much about this restaurant but was disappointed about the food and the service and especially when they refused to provide tap water which I was told is illegal! The Gormesabzi did not taste the same nor the the Bademjan. There are far better Persian restaurant in London one being Lavash but admittedly not located in an expensive neighbourhood like pardis.
