Cellphone City

Absolutely appalling service. I wanted a simple assistance with my phone. I ended up with being charged £10 service charge and I was told they do not work for free so that is that :))), no receipt given. My phone is now broken and cannot be used properly. The staff compared themselves to doctors and told me that it is my problem that the phone is broken, even though they are the one who broke it and refused to fix it to the same as it was before they decided to break it. The worst customer service and experience I ever had. Not only I was told to come down when I spoke with frustration in my was, I was also told that it is my problem, yet they kept my money. Absolute JOKE!!!!!!!!!!POOR POOR POOR shop

Before it was not so good. But now I saw new staff over there. They are doing professional jobs and quick like champions.
I discussed about the previous staff. They informed me that this company had some employs who were not good with the company.
