Coya is a Peruvian restaurant, bar and members' club from Arjun Waney which aims to bring a taste of South America to the heart of London. The restaurant has a central Ceviche Bar where eight people can sit and watch as chefs prepare ceviches, tiraditos, causas and salads, creating a casual dining experience. The main restaurant also overlooks an open charcoal grill; the aim is for dishes to be shared in a social and familial style of dining.
Diners can choose to book the private dining room, which aims to offer a unique experience for ten guests; it comes complete with a private smoking terrace, and opens up onto the main kitchen, whilst a large wall features commissioned street art by a resident South American artist.
The adjacent Pisco bar serves a huge selection of fine and rare tequilas, an extensive rum list and an exclusive cocktail list which is inspired by the oldest pisco bars in Lima. As guests work their way through the exciting drinks menu, music, bands and DJ's create the perfect musical backdrop immersing you in authentic Latin American culture.
