Brasserie Chavot is a contemporary and elegant French-style brasserie set within the Westbury Hotel. Opened by Executive Chef and owner Eric Chavot in March 2013 in a style in keeping with it's position in the heart of Mayfair, the brasserie sources and uses the best ingredients from the British Isles and France. These premium ingredients are used to create its French inspired dishes including 'Snails Bourguignon, meatball and potato espuma' and 'Deep fried soft shell crab'.
