In between composing funny songs for Cartoon Network’s hit show Clarence, Simon Panrucker performs high octane comedy shows fusing original music, improvisation, physical theatre and tongue in cheek fun for everyone.

Often compared to comedy duo Flight of the Concords, Panrucker’s infectiously energetic style teeters on a knife edge between triumph and failure. His songs are often lyrically complex about absurd or mundane subjects – always anchored with a catchy melody. Usually dressed in some outrageous ensemble, Simon enjoys playing with the power of showmanship and what happens when that facade is dropped.
Simon was recently commissioned to perform on BBC Radio 4’s Word of Mouth, for which he composed a brand new song about his favourite food words called Eat Your Words.

‘Simon is an all-round great singer-songwriter and music-maker. He is a dynamo of rhyming explosions and sparks. Very funny too.’ – Michael Rosen.

He has received almost 1,000,000 views on YouTube for his song ‘Hit The Piñata’ for Cartoon Network’s Clarence, and has had hundreds of thousands of views on his own videos with numerous viral hits including his music short DRUMS.

At this point Simon Panrucker is a pulsating ball of bodacious power ready to blow up in a sparky shower of fun-sparks right in the faces of unsuspecting humans and brave animals.
