I think this place gets by on tourists - if you're in Chinatown and you wanna eat Chinese then there are only so many restaurants you can choose from unless you know where your going. That's what happened to us, we just walk off the street. The food was average and the staff weren't very friendly plus the service charge was massive. Guess they don't rely on repeat custom.
