Rose Unisex Salon

I went to get my hair in two cornrows parted at the side with extensions. My hair is shoulder length. Before Rose started my hair I showed her a picture of the style that I wanted and asked her whether she could do it.
When she started my hair it was apparent that the part was in the centre and the cornrow too small. After about 3 attempts, I said I think we have a problem, inferring that I need to go elsewhere. She reassured me that she could do it. At the end I asked for a mirror to see the back of my hair, she said that they don't have one as the last one smashed!
When I got home I looked at the back of my hair, the cornrows were cut blunt and one of them was already unreeling. I went into see her the next day to show her my ends, she was very upset and shouted at me in the presence of other customers and at first refused to do it. Then softened and agreed to do my ends, if I come back in 30 mins time! No customer service. I was shocked and horrified at her response. Not the response I expected
