The kitchen at Evoluzione is headed up by Michelin Star awarded Italian Chef, Andrea Angeletti who brings his distinctive flair to London. His culinary style is centred on three fundamental elements; respect for tradition, the use of seasonal products, and creative flavour combinations.

Evoluzione by Andrea Angeletti presents exceptional dishes inspired by Italian culinary traditions revisited through the Chef’s personal interpretation and unique creativity, using top quality Italian ingredients.

The light and airy conservatory with heated terrace provides a stylish and relaxed space to enjoy the delicious flavours and fantasies of Chef Angeletti whose culinary roots derive from his native Marche region. All produce is homemade on the premises using hand selected ingredients, including focaccia and fresh pasta in homage to Angeletti ’s market hometown.

A collection of wines served by the glass have been carefully selected to create perfect dinner and drinks partnerships.

Private dining: Private dining is available at Evoluzione and in the Living Lounge, Xenia’s unique space with natural daylight and access to private terrace.

Parking: Diners at Evoluzione and Guest’s at Hotel Xenia are entitled to two hours free parking and negotiated rate of £15.00 for 24 hours at Sainsbury’s on Cromwell Road, neighbouring the property. All car parking charges are donated to a local Children’s hospital.
