McNeill were one of the first salons in Hammersmith to do semi-permanent blow dry which not only straightens your hair but also leaves you hair feeling fabulous.

I agree with the comments made by Mel. I think the girls who are training there should not cut hair on their own, I had a similar experiece and I think overall the saloon is good but the trainees should be a lot more careful when they get new clients. They are not professionals, they can't cut hair!

I booked myself as a model for a trim and ended up having the worst nightmare of all. I was seen by a young girl supervised by another girl both were really inexperienced. The trainee keep asking her questions as she was cutting my hair (which is good) however the superviser did not at any point listen to what I asked for! a trim. She told the trainnee to cut my hair (I'm mixed race) and had no clue what she was getting into. I reccommend that if they never handled mixed race hair before they at least have the courtesy to follow the clients request. I regret to say that it was free but I ended up paying £45 at a professional hairdresser an hour later to get my hair fixed!
