Nipped in here for a couple of cocktails before going to Marcus Wareing's for dinner. What a great place for a pre-restaurant drink.
The surroundings were really plush and the whole place just wreaked of class. The staff were spot-on the money: attentive and omnipresent,when needed but not in your face and nothing was too much trouble. The best thing about the bar had to be the cocktails... they were great!
The bar is only small and it was very busy when we went - which was a Friday night just before dinner - so it's to be expected, I guess.
