The final London dates for this 5-star show are booking now. In Covent Garden until end April, it then embarks on a UK tour that includes Brighton Fringe and Edinburgh Fringe, and then goes off to Australia.

Bride and groom, Will and Kate, are expecting a small family gathering to celebrate their wedding that took place that very morning. But little do they know that Kate’s parents have planned something altogether different… Cue uninvited guests, misbehaving family and secrets better left in the closet. This unbeatable theatrical dining experience invites audiences to become guests at an unforgettable wedding reception. There’s even dinner included – with cake for afters!

- ‘Perfect comedy timing’ 5* British Theatre Guide, Edinburgh Fringe
- ‘No shortage of laughs… riotous immersive comedy’ 4* The Stage, Edinburgh Fringe
- ‘Nothing less than genius’ 5* FringeGuru, Brighton Fringe

The Wedding Reception is an immersive comedy that’s both scripted and improvised. It’s an original piece devised, written and produced by Interactive Theatre International, the people behind Faulty Towers The Dining Experience. The show debuted at Edinburgh Fringe in 2015 and became an instant hit, winning heaps of accolades. That was repeated in 2016. It’s back in 2017 with a full season throughout August, again appearing in the fabulous 4-star luxury of The Principal Edinburgh (formerly The George Hotel).

Since its debut, the show has appeared in Raffles Singapore and around the UK and Australia. Its current residency in London’s Covent Garden ends at the end of April. It appears next on tour in the UK – including stints at Brighton Fringe and Edinburgh Fringe – and goes on to tour Australia too in the Autumn.

- ‘Hilariously funny and completely endearing. The four-strong cast multi-role to the max, providing colour and moments of pure joy in between and during a lovely three-course dinner… the epitome of modern wedding satire.’ 4* The Reviews Hub, London Covent Garden
