Belgravia in Bloom is back from 22nd – 27th May, following the huge success of last year's launch event celebrating the Queen's 90th birthday.

The six-day floral festival includes an inspiring series of installations, breath-taking floral displays and events, all-encompassing the new theme - children's books. Belgravia in Bloom will also coincide with the Royal Horticultural Society’s Chelsea Flower Show in central London.

Taking inspiration from iconic children’s books such as Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, The Jungle Book, Goldilocks and the Three Bears and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, all businesses and residents in Belgravia are encouraged to get involved by decorating their shop fronts, windows and front doors with floral displays. Uniting the streets and creating a stunning floral walkway with different takes on the theme and intriguing events around every turn, Belgravia in Bloom is the perfect destination in which to celebrate spring in the city. Walking maps will be available from all local retailers with details and locations for easy wayfinding.
Grosvenor will be running a number of competitions to award those with the best floral displays. There will be an award for the best themed display and a fan’s favourite winner, with the opportunity for the public to vote for their favourite on social media. Winners will be invited to receive their prize from the appointed judges at an awards night at The Lanesborough Hotel.
Grosvenor have already confirmed a long list of retailers taking part in the festival. Retailers include Rococo Chocolate who will be creating a display inspired by children’s book James and The Giant Peach, and The Halkin who will be creating a display inspired by Paddington Bear and his adventures. In addition, childrenswear boutique La Stupenderia will be hosting younger Belgravia in Bloom guests at daily children’s book reading at 4pm each day.
