Unfortunately I have to write this comment of my negative experience at this store, as this store offers no safety to customers during covid 19.
Yesterday whilst in the queue to men were behind me. They were standing too close to me so I asked them of they could keep their 2 metres distance.
In response they asked if I had corona, and was told no be me. Then one of them started yo purposely cough in my direction, and both started to argue with me as I told them how wrong they were and that I am a pregnant woman who is an at risk group. They did not care nd continues to argue and upset me whilst the manager served me.
I am very disappointed with the management as not only did no one greet me or ask of I was ok at any stage in the store from the point I came in, I am so disappointed that the manager saw these two men attacking me and coughing and that I am also pregnant yet did not ask the two gentlemen to stop harassing me nor ask me if I was ok.
I was so upset and shaken that I didn't think about contacting the police immediately as couging to scare me to think I have caught coronavirus is an act of terrorism.
I have tried contacting the store to high light my disappointment to the manager from the telephone number listed on the website, to hear a message that I have called and incorrect number.
I struggle to get out in this heat, as ny feet swell alot due to preganancy hence why I tried to make contact via telephone.
I am very disappointed about the managements lack of duty of care for their customers during this pandemic.
