Box Galleries and Rich Simmons have teamed up for a Solo Show this June in the heart of Chelsea, where Rich will be showcasing a brand new collection of originals. The new work uses Simmons’ intricate, bold stencil style to deliver stories exploring pop culture, luxury lifestyles and sexuality.

For the Private View, the artist will be in attendance and completing a mural in the gallery on the night which will be a fantastic way to see a truly talented artist at work whilst discussing his show named “Pop Provocateur”.

Rich Simmons is a Contemporary Urban Pop Artist from London who has been described as a social provocateur due to his irreverent sense of humour and bold, brazen paintings. Simmons has achieved global recognition for his street art in recent years with his take on Superman kissing Batman and Will and Kate dressed as the Sex Pistols garnered worldwide press. Simmons has gone on to exhibit in major galleries around the world in London, Geneva, Tampa, New York and LA.

As a self taught artist, Rich has taken his love of different genres of art, from street art, pop art and comic books to pioneer a new fusion style which draws on all of his inspirations.

The use of his bold colour palette, hand drawn and hand cut stencils and reclaimed billboards that have been pulled down from the streets are proving Rich is both an innovator and highly collectable artist. Fans and collectors include Royalty, Celebrities, Musicians and Rich is collected as far as New York, Singapore, Baku, Paris, Dubai, Monaco, Geneva, London and Miami.
