A little bit of Rio is coming to Redbridge Leisure Centre this weekend and we would love you all to be there.

Double Olympic Champion Max Whitlock MBE will be competing in his first event since wowing the World with his skills at the Olympics in 2016.

On Saturday 9th September at Redbridge Leisure Centre Olympian Max will be fighting for his place on the GB Team to travel to Canada and attempt to retain his World Title on Pommel Horse.

Also vying for qualification is Olympic Medallists Nile Wilson, Sam Oldham and Junior European Champion Giarnni.

The Men’s London Open Competition is over 100 years old and we would love to invite all readers to attend the event. With over 100 Olympic, Commonwealth, World and European Medals between the 50 Competitors this competition will be spectacular from start to finish. The intimate venue of Redbridge means that spectators can get up close and personal to the World’s best male gymnasts.
