For three nights only starting on Thursday 18th January, Stevie Parle and the Craft London team will host former MasterChef finalists Three Girls Cook for an exciting series of ‘Black and White’ themed supper clubs to kick off 2018 with a celebration of the best in British seasonal ingredients.

Since winning over MasterChef audiences with their charisma and creativity in 2017, Alison, Giovanna and Lorna will work alongside the Craft London kitchen team to create a completely original menu for this one-off series, based on the contrasting shades of black and white. Experimenting with ingredients and techniques, the girls will draw upon the Craft London ethos of sourcing produce as locally as possible whilst working in collaboration with trusted suppliers.

For just £60 per person, guests will enjoy a welcome cocktail and special five-course dinner featuring innovative combinations of beautifully striking seasonal ingredients. The menu will start with a welcome snack of ‘Squid ink cracker with whipped cod’s roe’, followed by dishes such as ‘Pan-fried cod in a Jerusalem artichoke soup with black truffle’; ‘Charcoal chicken ballotine with celeriac puree, ceps and black garlic aioli’; and a ‘Black sesame ice cream with sesame sable biscuit and Italian meringue’ to finish on a sweet note.

The Three Girls Cook supper clubs at Craft London will take place across three nights from Thursday 18th January to Saturday 20th January 2018. To reserve tickets, please call +44(0)20 8465 5910
