A COMEDY SCIENCE LECTURE ABOUT GROWING UP IN THE 90S.

If Amy’s dad is a kick-ass scientist then she can be one too, right? Isn’t that probability, or logic, or something?

Using neither probability nor logic, Amy invites you to her comedy science lecture about growing up in the 90s. Inspired by her dad’s work as a scientist, Amy has always tried to understand the world around her using science. Now, with the help of some complex scientific theories (not really), Amy grapples with the teenage experiences that shaped her, such as a) teacher crushes, b) best friend betrayals, c) an inappropriate advance from an older man and d) trying to be a good Jew.

An eccentric, inquisitive show about how we make sense of the world. Expect 90s bangers, some ultra-immersive group Hubba Bubba chewing and a test tube or two. Scratched at the Battersea Arts Centre’s Freshly Scratched festival and the Arts Theatre, plus developed with support from JW3.

“Amy is an enthusiastic pupil” (Mr Murray, Science teacher)
“The best bit was when something went wrong” (audience feedback form, BAC)
“Perky” (audience feedback form, BAC)
