Tongue Fu for Kids is a brand new show from the acclaimed Tongue Fu team. Created for children aged 7 to 11 and their grown ups, developed in partnership with London’s Southbank Centre, it is jam-packed with wordplay, improv, participation and musical wizardry from poets, storytellers, rappers and the amazing Tongue Fu band.

Each show is unique and features stars of UK spoken word. It is lively, fun and appeals to the whole family. Tongue Fu creator and frontman Chris Redmond is a regular at UK music and literature festivals and his experience as an educator includes work with CBBC, BBC 1Xtra and Apples & Snakes. All the Tongue Fu musicians, as well as being top session players (credits include work for Jamie Cullum, Nostalgia 77, Puppini Sisters and Massive Attack) are expert facilitators, working in schools, universities and conservatoires.
