Beat the January blues at our 2-week Winter Happiness Festival, featuring an enormous adult ball pool, amazing happiness activities and a guilt-free chocolate cafe!

This festival is designed to provide a playful, kind and relaxing environment where you can build connections, make friends and have lots of fun!

-Dive into our happiness ball pool filled with over 30,000 pristine white balls
-Explore what happiness means to you with interactive exhibits including the letting go bin, the self-compassion station and the gratitude tree
-Get creative with mindful colouring in and origami
-Indulge in a spot of silliness with our new fancy dress photo point

Weekends Only:

-Join us during our festival happy hours to enjoy a variety of great workshops included in the ticket price! (See schedule below)
-Enjoy a luxurious hot chocolate at our fabulous pop-up guilt-free chocolate cafe by the Well-Bean Company*

FESTIVAL HAPPY HOURS ON WEEKENDS

Some of our favourite workshop leaders will be appearing across 12 happy hour sessions throughout the festival. If you’d like to take part, please book tickets with a ball pool time slot immediately before, immediately after or during the happy hour.

Sat 20th Jan
1-2pm Mindful Movement with Asha Phillips
Relax, ease tensions and loosen the body in this super-chilled mindful movement session. Suitable for beginners - no yoga pants required! :-)

6-7pm Qigong with Sam Power
Re-energise through mindful movement as you discover the ancient art of Qigong. This is a beginners workshop broken down into nice, accessible chunks.


Sun 21st Jan
1-2pm Find Your Fabulous with Denise Mortimer
Denise is a Positive Psychologist and NLP Master Coach. She’ll share some simple positive psychology tricks that can increase your level of happiness. All you need is an open mind and willingness to participate!

6-7pm Happy Hip Hop with Rap Association
Step outside your comfort zone, learn new skills and co-create a happy rap about kindness. No previous rapping experience required :-)

1-2pm Laughter Yoga with best-selling author Joe Hoare
Did you know that fake laughter has the same effect on the body as real laughter? Laughter yoga releases endorphins, increases oxygen in the bloodstream and relieves stress!

6-7pm Bollywood Dancing with Joy in Dance
Escape wintry London as we bring the magic of Bollywood to the Museum! You’ll learn all the moves in this energetic, but low-pressure group practice. Grace’s class is always a big hit and is sure to put a smile on your face!

1-2pm Vocal Coaching and Confidence-building with Dolly May
Find your voice with world-renowned vocal coach Dolly May. Learn to communicate with confidence and explore your voice in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

6-7pm Gratitude with Shaileen Shah
Did you know that practising gratitude is scientifically proven to boost happiness? Join one of our very own Teach Happiness graduates, Shaileen Shah, in this exploration of creating a more grateful and positive outlook on life.


Sat 3rd Feb
1-2pm Ukulele with Sarah Weiler
Discover the Power of Uke and unleash your inner rock star! No previous musical experience is needed and you’ll be strumming a repertoire of catchy tunes in no time! Ukuleles and tunes are provided :-)

6-7pm Beyonce Dance Class with Kate Weiler
Get ready for some serious Beyoncé tunes, where exercise meets stretching meets dance meets FUN! No experience needed. Kate's workshop is fun, inclusive and open to all.

1-2pm How to Stay Happy in the Winter
Join the co-founders of the Museum of Happiness as they share their insights and tips on how to stay happy during the winter season and beyond.

5-6.30pm Ecstatic Dance with Simon Rowe
