Athleisurewear brand www.Sculptmode.com is teaming up with yoga instructor and former professional dancer Wen Dai, to host a fluid yoga session indoors beneath the wooden hull of the Cutty Sark in Greenwich – the only surviving tea clipper in the world – on Sunday 28th January.

Wen practices and teaches fluid yoga, focusing on long breaths paired with seamless transitions between poses and wave-like vinyasas, and is offering 100 spaces at the below sea-level class at the end of the month. The class is open to all yoga fans across all levels, so beginners and experts are all welcome; all that is required is a yoga mat and comfortable clothes.
