Set on a chaotic Friday night, four friends are struggling: Freya’s hiding something, Jamie feels left behind, Ellie’s frantically swiping right and Phoebe is just warming up...but it’s time to get ready for Phoebe’s cabaret. As the evening unfolds, each woman is compelled to face their demons and be truly honest with themselves – and each other.

Hitting the Wall Productions presents the world premiere of 'The Internet Was Made for Adults,' a wickedly honest story of sex and the internet, that explores the disconnection of an increasingly connected world and the sexual taboos that make young women feel they are failing. They’re not getting enough, they’re getting too much or they’re under pressure to look like they’re doing it right.

Based on real experience, The Internet Was Made for Adults grasps the zeitgeist firmly by the horns and delivers an explosive show full of laughter, live cabaret and some hard truths about what it can mean to be a woman in 2018.
