Everyone Welcome, come along and join performer and storyteller Rachel Sambrooks for a live performance of her show Stand by your Nan, plus a Storytelling and Poetry workshop and Open Mic session where you can share your stories.

Rachel will also be running a free storytelling workshop before the show at 13.00pm. For the workshop places are limited and you will need to book a place by emailing [email protected]

Stand by your Nan is a Poetry and Storytelling show by Rachel Sambrooks telling stories of unforgettable and unsung women who have helped make us who we are. Rachel has worked her way around communities of London sharing her stories about her Nan Eve Hind, and hearing the incredible stories about Nans, Mothers, Sisters and friendship of women from London’s suburbs.

This workshop and live performance will take place in the large hall, floor 4, Central library, High Street, Bromley, BR1 1EX
