The RHS London Early Spring Plant Fair (12-14 February) returns for 2018 with striking displays combining the natural beauty of the season with design innovation and a never-seen-before hanging collection of snowdrops.

Donated from gardens all over the country, the stunning installation will see snowdrops cascading down from the ceiling of RHS Lindley Hall, Westminster. Individually enclosed in clear baubles, visitors will be able to admire the snowdrop’s intricate details at eye level as they walk through this unique collection created by award-winning Garden Designer Fiona Silk.

Visitors will step into a Winter Garden wonderland created by award-winning garden writer Naomi Slade. Drawing inspiration from the Society’s own RHS Garden Wisley, it will showcase the colours and scents of the season for an enchanting display.

Meanwhile, alpine expert Nigel Hopes will be revealing the beauty of various species and cultivars of Cyclamen. Plus plenty of seasonal workshops and those in the mood for Valentine’s Day can get involved in botanical painting with the Chelsea School of Botanical Art to create their own Valentine’s Cards, or learn the Language of Flowers with bespoke floral designs from La Famille.

Other highlights include a beautiful floral installation from the new RHS London Floral Artist in Residence 2018, Zita Elze.
