Taste of Northern Ireland at Borough Market

Treat the tastebuds with artisan cheeses and butters; a fruit and spice conserve known as 'Irish Black Butter'; hemp and rapeseed oil from the fields of Co. Down and soda farls, baked on a pop up traditional griddle.

Northern Ireland's homegrown talent, chef Paula McIntyre will be heading to Borough Market for the food pop-up. Over the course of the four days she will be taking part in various cooking demonstrations, using the delicious produce from Northern Ireland and will be whipping up a dish with the famous smoked Lough Neagh Eel and pollan. On Saturday afternoon she'll be joined by Alison O'Reilly, a 2017 Masterchef finalist, and Ian Orr, of multi-award winning restaurant Brown's.
