Free Floating Fitness Class With Shaun Stafford At Merchant Square

SHAUN STAFFORD TO HOST SESSION ON FLOATING POCKET PARK, PADDINGTON

World Champion fitness model, Shaun Stafford, is to host a one-off class on the Floating Pocket Park in Paddington Basin. Shaun will run two 30 minute sessions on Wednesday 22nd August for the first 25 people who sign up to each class online.

After the class Shaun will be giving a free talk about his philosophies and tips about health and fitness. There will even be a chance to meet and take photos with him at the end of the session too. With free WiFi throughout the park, Instagram addicts can upload without fear of using up all their 3G data allowance.

Part of the ‘Summer of Fun’ series of events at Merchant Square, this oasis in west London is home to some great health and well-being facilities and exclusive fitness activities this season.
