For the last 2 years I've booked over 6 flights with WestEast as they've always been the cheapest around and they've always got my bookings correct.
The reasons why I didn't give them 10 stars are:
1) Sometimes I had to wait too long on the phone after calling their 0844 number thus incurring a charge.
2) They couldn't match a price I got from another website meaning their price match promise is a load of rubbish.

I must say over the years this company has grown and become one of the biggest and professional travel agent dealing with Australia,Thailand and Indochina markets.I used to check fares with other agents before making reservation and the results always show West East is my favourite one. Our family and friends have been using this agent for the last 5 years without any disappointment. Highly recommended.
