Rhythm Village

Rhythm Village, produced by dancingTao, a movement and dance social enterprise, is a week long festival programme that brings movement meditation and 5Rhythms dance to Vauxhall and to anyone who wants to move.

The festival sets out to motivate, inspire and encourage everyone to move their bodies - whether you think your a dancer or not, whether your a head nodder, a rump shaker or a 'no way not me' dancefloor hater. We can all move whoever we are and Rhythm Village also includes dances for the elders, long-term ill and people with disabilities amongst others.

Taking place in an alcohol free environment, all events in the festival centre around activities that take everyone, non-dancers and dancers, on a journey. The programme also includes music, health, LGBTQI elders, kids, art, discussion, food and dances for everyone and anyone.
