Westfield Stratford City introduces ‘The Lifestyle Lab'

The Lifestyle Lab is coming to Westfield Stratford City on Thursday 28th June until Sunday 1st July. A wellness event to nourish the mind, body and soul. Families can enjoy free fitness classes, complimentary dishes from The Joe Wicks Cafe, and even have their antioxidant levels scanned in The Antioxidant Tunnel.

Delicious and lean dishes will be served at Joe Wicks' first ever dining destination and visitors can also benefit from a range of exercise and wellness classes in The Studio.

To keep the whole family entertained, both kids and adults can blend their own smoothies made at The Smoothie Cycle Station, created though the power of cycling!
