Eccleston Place pop-up for Wimbledon

Eccleston Place, the first permanent venture by catering duo Tart London in collaboration with Tom Warren, Founder of Lock Studios, has announced an exclusive summer Wimbledon pop-up in the newly redeveloped Eccleston Yards, ahead of its official opening later this summer.

As a preview of Eccleston Place’s all-day seasonal dishes, the pop-up will serve fresh smoothies for breakfast and seasonally topped bruschetta alongside refreshing gazpachos for lunch, and, of course, the signature British summer strawberries and cream served with a Tart London twist of basil infused cream and caramelised hazelnuts. The drinks offering will be provided by The Rum Runner, who will be serving cocktails and Pimm’s from their iconic airstream. Using freshly made juices and homemade infusions, the personalised cocktail list will include ‘Eastern Promise’, a mix of vodka, lemongrass, ginger and kaffir lime leaf, and ‘Well Seasoned’, a gin-based cocktail spiced with black pepper and Thai basil, alongside classics such as Bloody Marys and Espresso Martinis.

A large screen showing the full schedule of Wimbledon matches will also be in place alongside bright colourful deck chairs for guests to while away the long summer hours in the sun-filled courtyard at Eccleston Yards.
