Forage Through A Menu Of Botanist Gin Cocktails

The Botanist Gin has teamed up with Worship Street Whistling Shop to create The Botanical Garden - an underground oasis and immersive cocktail experience where you'll discover the amazing array of botanicals that grow right on our London doorstep.

Each experimental cocktail has been inspired by the botanicals hand foraged on the remote Isle of Islay, where The Botanist is made. The exclusive menu uses local and seasonal plants, with each cocktail focussing on one botanical, including nettle, sorrel and chamomile, that, unexpectedly, can all be found in many London parks.

Cocktail fans will be immediately immersed in the transformed bar and encouraged to become a botanist themselves. They will be invited to explore the jars of botanicals laid out on a foraging table, before taking their chosen one to the bar to learn more about the plant and sip a specially created cocktail that uses it.
