JAVIER CAMILO BAND
From Havana, Cuba, Javier Camilo is a multi talented monster of a percussionist, guitarist and singer.
After a UK tour with Ibrahim Ferrer (Buena Vista Social Club) and Three Generations, Javier went on to become one of London's most sought after Percussionists, playing with artists like Omar Puentes, Alex Wilson and Roberto Pla, Jon B, Flo Rider and The Game.
He's also regular at The Jazz Cafe, the Roundhouse and if you were at the previous Jazz in the Round then you have witnessed his jaw dropping performance alongside ex-Fela Kuti keyboardist and legendary UK Afro-beat ambassador Dele Sosimi.
