The Ketel One: Cocktails with Care Collective

This November, Ketel One and Drake & Morgan will team-up with leading eco-friendly specialists KeepCup and renowned wild food expert James Wood, to launch a month-long residency at bar and restaurant, The Refinery Regent’s Place, to inspire mindful living. The Ketel One: Cocktails with Care Collective will feature great tasting cocktails made from ingredients destined for landfill and feature master classes on how to used leftover items to make stand out cocktails at home.

Ketel One Vodka has collaborated with KeepCup, and is offering a free* Espresso Martini when
purchasing a KeepCup at a reduced cost of £10 from The Refinery Regents Place and Refinery
Spinningfields in Manchester for a limited time only.

Expert mixologist and Ketel One brand ambassador Kate Jackson, has worked closely with the bar team and chefs at The Refinery Regent’s Place to identify leftover ingredients from the kitchen to curate a menu featuring cocktails made with care. The drinks will feature the use of ‘wonky’ fruit & vegetables, citrus waste and syrups crafted using spent coffee and Champagne that’s lost its fizz destined to be poured down the sink. All the recipes have been skilfully crafted to elevate the taste of each drink.

The pop-up aims to inspire mindful living through interactive experiences. Friends will be able to come together and take a moment to enjoy a cocktail on an immersive swing adorned in living plants for the perfect picture moment, as well as discover chambers featuring thought-provoking environmental facts and sustainability tips.

The Ketel One: Cocktails with Care Collective will host a series of master classes giving practical advice to recreate sustainable cocktails that will impress guests at home.
