Jamz Supernova To Host 'Generation Rent' Panel Discussion

Bud is pleased to announce an exclusive panel discussion hosted by Jamz Supernova as part of the ongoing Futureproof series.

For the first panel discussion event in the series, we will explore the realities of living in ‘Generation Rent’ - a modern-day housing crisis impacting millennials across the U.K.

Led by Futureproof podcast host Jamz Supernova (BBC Radio 1Xtra DJ) – and featuring Laura Whateley (author of ‘Money: A User’s Guide), Vicky Spratt (journalist and campaigner whose ‘Make Renting Fair’ campaign succeeded in changing legislation) and Daniel Hegarty (former musician turned CEO and founder of Habito - an online mortgage broker) - the panel will uncover the new set of challenges faced by young people looking to buy a home, and discuss the potential solutions made available through changing legislation, shifting mindsets and technology.
