Summer Solstice Crystal Breathwork with Lucy North

The day following the Summer Solstice, on Saturday 22nd June 12-2pm, She’s Lost Control are teaming up with breathwork teacher, Reiki Practitioner and Storyteller Lucy North, for a midsummer breathwork session harnessing sun and citrine crystal energy. Lucy will guide guests through transformational breathwork techniques; using self-empowering breathing patterns, these techniques promise to clear emotional blockages, increase energy and instill a sense of inner peace. All guests will be given a summer solstice charged crystal to take home with them if they wish to re-create the practice at home.
